“Received broken phone sent back and then nothing”

I bought a phone for my son's birthday. When it arrived after several weeks, it did not load. I complained to support and sent the phone back. Since more then one month and no more news from then. Have tried to send messages to support but they are deleted and no answer. Very unfortunet situation and I regret to have bought from them
