I ordered a dress through the bay only to have it arrive and not at all as pictured on their website. What I discovered is that it is through their ‘marketplace' and not the bay. As a result, the bay doesn't care. I have to pay the cost or returning the item which means I'm out of pocket for an item that wasn't what I ordered. When I contacted the bay they responded with a cold, unfeeling nothing they can do. Be very cautious when you purchase anything from the bay.

Overall I have had success with coupons/discounts purchased through Living Social. However, I did just have one that was very disappointing. I purchased a coupon for a three course dinner at a pricey restaurant in the Kensington Area of Calgary. The restaurant website indicates that they are open on Saturdays which they are not - only during summer when the patio is open. When I contacted Living Social all they said was that I could gift the coupon to someone else. When I contacted the restaurant they didn't really care - just indicated that they would honour the value of the coupon. Essentially it means I would be dining alone because of their prices. Disappointing responses from both Living Social and the restaurant.
