I emailed them BEFORE I ordered to make sure I could return the items if they didn't fit. They emailed me back. Yes. So the 2 articles I ordered turned out to be too small. I emailed them with my order number as they indicated on their website and asked them for an exchange of size. They emailed me back saying that it was too expensive to ship items and I should just give them to charity and they would give me a discount on my next order. I never want to order from these scam artists again! That's $55 I lost!

I've had Metromile for about 3 years now. At about $30-35 per month, I've saved hundreds of dollars. Just a few days after getting this insurance, a big dog ran in front of my car causing over $1000 damage. (The dog lived, happily) Metromile took care of it all and I had a small deductible to pay. They were fast and professional. I cannot imagine now going back to 'regular' car insurance. Metromile is perfect for drivers who don't rack up a lot of mileage. And I love how I can go onto my account and see exactly where I went on any particular day and where my car is parked now. Also, in the event something happens to me while driving, they can see just where I am... or at least where my car is! I drive a 2007 car so I don't have all the new technology.

Fast and easy. Also reliable.

It's easy to buy from Guideposts... but good luck trying to return something! They show an icon of a telephone, but when you click on that, you get an email address to which they never respond. And if you go to their 'live chat' and type your question, you get a canned response... nothing 'live' about it. There is no way to get a hold of a REAL customer service rep. In short, Guideposts is not customer-friendly at all. I will think twice before ordering from them again.

I just rec'd 2 tops. Very nice material, well made... they came securely packaged. No problem. This is my second shipment from JollyChic. I would order more if I had unlimited funds:-( I usually buy from JJill and Soft Surroundings but this company is more affordable. I think they are trying to please us Americans (!) and I think they will go the extra mile if you have a problem.
