I signed up for the free 7 day trial. I didn't like the site and cancelled within an hour. Three days later there was a charge for $120 from them. My trial period had not ended and I cancelled but I was still charged. I tried contacting them and of course they used covid-19 as an excuse not to get back to you. If you notice they don't show proof of the day you signed up for the free trial. For me it was on the 8th of January.

Do not sign up for the tree trial

I saw the wig advertised all over face book for $19.97. Everyone was stating it was a great wig. I purchased it. It took a month to arrive. When I opened the wig bag, it was not what I purchased at all. The wig was completely different. The style and length. I paid for a lace front. I received a regular wig. It was not a lace front.

So here is an update. I received a full refund from rosewholesale.com. My order still did not arrive. It looks as if it was delayed forever in customs. I may try ordering again in the future because they have some great looking stuff from what I can tell. I like the prices too. So if you order good luck. I'll be trying again soon and I will let you all know how it turns out

I have ordered from this site before with no problems. Now I have issues. I order some items over two months ago and they sent me a partial order. The other item I have been waiting over two months for. I asked for refund and they have not sent it. This site is now off my list.

It has been a while since I ordered anything from Ali Express. I recently did. On November 10,2016, I ordered a maternity prop outfit for my daughters maternity pictures. The order was shipped out on the 20th of November according the them. It is now December 29th and no outfit. The tracking has not moved. They keep saying maybe bad weather in my country. I notice they say that a lot. I opened a dispute for a refund on December 23rd. Now I have to wait until January to see what will happen. I am starting not to like anything coming from China.

Tip for consumers:
Only buy one or two items at a time from this site. If you use a mobile device and it says updates available on this site, do not update. You may loose all you orders.

I spent $144.17 on clothing from this site. When I came to the shipping part, the shipping and handling charge was $93.24. My daughter really wanted the clothes so I paid. Two days later I find other sites with the same clothes but with free shipping. This sites shipping cost is ridiculous. I will not be buying anything else from them. Also the material is so thin it looks and feels like paper.

Update on 2/18/15:
2 stars: I received a phone call from a representative of jjshouse. They informed me that they were working on my dress and that I would have it by the 15th of February. Well the dress arrived on the 16th and I must say that it is beautiful. The color is a little more yellow than I expected but beautiful. My daughter loves it

1 star: I think these so called satisfied customers are fake. I ordered a dress in a standard size and paid to have it express delivered. I checked the status of my order and it says that my dress will not arrive until March. That's a whole month and is not express delivery. I can not contact anyone. I have emailed them countless times with no response.

I do not recommend this site to anyone.
