Ordered a Lokai bracelet for my grandaughter for Christmas. Wanted to exchange it for a different size... was unable. Tried to return the item, was told it was a final sale. Their site states you can return everything for two weeks after delivery. What a joke. I will do anything to prevent people from ordering from this unethical website. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE.

OpenSky hosts thousands of different merchants, and each merchant can decide whether they are willing to accept returns for their products. You can always view whether returns are accepted for a given product by clicking the “Return Policy” tab (under the image) on the product page. Unfortunately, since this item was listed as “final sale”, it is not eligible to be returned under the standard 14-day return policy.
