I'm using kizoa to make a graduation slideshow for my school. It is so easy to use and looks professional! Although I love this website, when I went to download my completed video half of my work was lost... is there a way to recover my work? I knew I saved it. Still not quite sure what happened

Hi Christina! Sorry to hear about loosing a portion of your slideshow, did you by chance happen to delete any of the photos you used in your slideshow from your Kizoa account? Send me an email at veronica.gomez@kizoa.com with the title of the slideshow and the last date you remember saving the full version of it and I'll see if our engineers can retrieve it!
