Terrible business practices. I won some gold creams, what a scum. They send me half used jar of cream with hair stuck in it. When I complain I've been told to sent this items back, that would cost me about 30.00. Im not in US. I already paid big shipping costs, this would cost me more then stupid creams. Didint even get new jar of this" Lior gold " cream. This is how you run business?
