UGH! I ordered a coat on 10.21 after waiting a week, i checked on the shipping status, and it said delivered but i never received the coat. Checked the shipping details, blank page, i've sent 3 emails and have received no response on whether it was actually sent or not, tried the live chat on several occasions, that was a joke, after reading these reviews i guess i'll have to get ahold of paypal, too bad i was really looking forward to receiving the coat.
