This is a ridiculous situation with this company. I ordered a newsie cap from them. A simple order. The last tracking information still show it is in China after well over 3 weeks. If not received in 30 days, I will have Paypal open a fraud investigation against this company. This order was also protect by Google and I will also have them open an investigation as well. I will refer them to the 14 pages here of complaints. Don't bother responding to this in a pathetic attempt to act as if you actually care or will do anything. Your customer service has refused to fix this situation 3 times already. Your company is criminally negligent at best. Just the type of company that international law enforcement agencies are chomping at the bit to find and shut down. Good look. You are going to need it.
