I ordered Shari's Berries for my mother for years as a loyal customer. Toward the end the quality of service and products was rapidly going downhill. The last 2-4 times I ordered from them the package was very damaged. The chocolate coating was crumbled in the box leaving bare strawberries. The last time was the last straw. The package was days late for mother's day and rotten and damaged. Customer service was useless. I will never do business with them again. I now use Edible Arrangements and they are great to deal with. They are polite and friendly and actually do what I pay them to do- deliver a gift product on time and undamaged.

I ordered an iphone took kit on June 9th, paying with paypal, and June 15th my account was hijacked and I could not access it. I contacted paypal and found this out. Also all paypal communication was in an Asian language and had to be changed back. I still haven't received my goods and no answer to my emails. Coincidence or scam?
