I've ordered several times with this company and the shipping times used to be adequate. They are located only one state away from me which has been very convenient for getting my orders in a reasonable amount of time. It usually only takes two days to go from Reno, NV to the SW corner of Utah. NOT ANYMORE. They wait two days to ship it and then another week to get it. Yes- nine days for me to get my order. It goes from Reno to California, then to Arizona and on to Salt Lake City and then to Provo and finally to me. SERIOUSLY? This has been the case with the last three orders. In their efforts to save $. 50 on shipping costs, they have lost a customer that used to spend no less than $75/month. Hope it was worth it. Just because someone has a business doesn't mean they know how to run it. Let this be an example. My experience with VitaCost is significantly better than this and their customer service is top notch.

Whoever told you that you can't get something for nothing flat out lied to you! Don't think so? Go buy anything on Ebay. It won't matter the situation, you will get all your money back. Why? Because the dumb $#*!s at Ebay think it's the buyers that make their world go around. They haven't figured out yet that it's a 50/50 contribution between buyers and sellers. If you've never sold anything on Ebay, spare yourself the heartache and flat out injustice and don't start. If you do decide to sell something, be prepared for practices that mirror the IRS. If your buyer doesn't want the item you shipped them for ANY reason, you are paying to have it shipped back to you no matter what. If you don't send them a prepaid label, Ebay will take it upon themselves to send one on your behalf. That's right. They will charge you for the return label. Now you are out not only what you paid to ship it to them, you are also out what is costs to get it back from them. Had enough yet? No? There's more. What you will find is that you have no way to give a negative feedback to ANY buyer under ANY circumstance. On the other hand, if you piss the buyer off whether it's valid or not, you will get a negative feedback. Once your positive feedback falls to a very strict percentage, you are done selling. You want to talk about fees? It will cost you 10% plus listing fees which are usually under a dollar. There's more. You will also be charged 10% of whatever you charge your customer to ship the item to them. That's right. If you charge $30 to ship your item, Ebay is taking 10% of that too. Now it wouldn't be complete if Paypal didn't come and take 4% of the total transaction too. So yes, you will lose 14% of the money that is sent to you. Like Walmart or not, they have it figured out. It's not about how much they make per item, it's about selling as many as you can by reducing the margins. There are over 100 million Ebay members. So do the math. If each of those sell one item per month and it costs them only $1 to sell their item, there's $100 million for Ebay. This is an unrealistic number obviously because the sales are beyond your imagination. I have no problem with people making money. But at what point does the greed end. The fees just don't quit. It will cost you $125 to list a car whether it sells or not. Do you have any idea how many vehicles are listed at any given time. So just like the government, big pharma, the FDA, the power companies, you have legalized criminal activity. I will add more later. Yep, there's more. I noticed someone posted a question/concern about a buyer wanting to return an item simply because they changed their mind even though the seller didn't offer returns on that particular item. Let me help the sellers that this hasn't happened to yet. All a buyer has to do is say the item wasn't as described. The seller is taking it back. And they are going to pay for the return shipping back to them too. Yep. If the seller doesn't provide a return label to the buyer, Ebay will take it upon themselves to provide the buyer with one and they will immediately deduct it from you paypal account. So you, the seller, are out the monies it costed you to send it to them and to get it back from them. If you stated that you don't offer returns and they changed their mind, the buyer may have to pay the shipping back to you. But if they say it's not as described, the return bill is yours. This is good information for the millions of people out there that have the integrity of the IRS to buy things, swap it out with yours that doesn't work, and send it back to the seller at their expense because it "wasn't as described". Don't think it happens? It happens everyday. I've sold about 3000 items on Ebay in the last 15 years and it's happened about ten times. That isn't that many you say? I'm one seller. There are over 120 million registered Ebayers. Do the math. If you are a seller, make sure you take pictures of your items that aren't necessarily shown in your item description. Why? Because then the buyer doesn't know that you can readily identify your item against the one he sends back to you claiming it doesn't work. It doesn't work; and that's because it's his broken unit that he sent back to you and he has kept your working unit. More to come-stay tuned.

I can appreciate and even admire a company that is set up to help people that would otherwise struggle in the "normal" workplace. Here is what I don't admire. When you are flat out fraudulent and hide behind the "charity" guise, I am literally disgusted. If you've never had the displeasure of shopping GoodWill online, stay away from it in the future too. I've been an active member for about five years now. By active, that means I check their listings about 3x weekly. I've bought only one item since being a member simply due to their repulsive practices. Please keep in mind that EVERYTHING they sell was given to them free of charge. And not only was it free, it was delivered to their doorstep. It is then tested, if applicable, to the extent of plugging it in. They will tell you if it powered on or not, and that's the extent of their testing. Now if it's an item that they believe will bring a considerable amount of money if it was working, they somehow found a means to test it. This isn't the exception, it's the rule. Remember, I've been watching this happen for five years. Next is the shipping charges. I've had an account with UPS for about ten years now and I ship far less packages than Goodwill does. I know from experience what their minimum discount is. Yet they charge fees that are beyond even what the UPS website would charge you. But we're not done yet. They are going to charge you a "handling fee" too because they had to carry the item from the drop box to the table to photo it. Doesn't matter if you pick it up at the store either. You are paying the handling fee. Some of these are as much as $8 for a single item. Some are 5% of the selling price which means a $500 item which means you will pay an additional $25 for someone to pack it with some more free stuff. Don't think so? Look up item# *******. What does the selling price have to do with anything when it comes to handling fees? And to think of all the buyers that participate in this corruption all because "it's for charity". If ANY retailer conducted business in this fashion, I can about guarantee you wouldn't shop there. There is so much corruption in charity, you'd swear they are run by government and religious affiliations. What is probably the most disgusting is that people continue to buy from them. There can't be a murder without a murderer.

I purchased things endlessly on Amazon for a number of years. Then they raised the minimum purchase from $25 to $35 to qualify for the free economy shipping. It cut my purchases down about 75%.

Try to have the commentator Gods post your truthful comments on this website and you'll be nothing but disappointed. Sometimes I wish there was a Hitler style mafia that singled out these types of people who think they know what's good for the masses.
