If you enjoy regularly having your kitchen sink back up with the entire building's toxic waste, then Plaza Apartments are perfect for you!

Jokes aside, do not rent an apartment from these people. Not only are the staff incompetent, when they're called because human feces is all over your family's dinner plates in your kitchen sink, they typically put it off 5-7 days.

Also, when you give up and go live with a friend, and unbeknownst to you, people in your building's urine and feces have overflown your sink, kitchen floor and carpet, you will then be charged for the mold that grows, in said carpet.

When you decide to break your lease because enough is enough, and you tie-up the freight elevator to move your belongings out, chances are you will be threatened by at least one angry tenant and idiot staff member who think they have some sort of authority in this universe, because they need the elevator to get down stairs.

The apartments are dirty. There's at least 40 layers of eggshell white paint ruining all the original woodwork. I'm also sure that the carpets have not been replaced within maximum legal required time. I'm sure their are bed bugs and lice everywhere.

Not to mention sewage mold.

Never ever ever attempt to buy anything from this site.

3 days ago, I ordered a Canon XA10 from More4LessDigital.com having read most of the posts from this site. Reluctantly, I ordered a camera anyway knowing full well that it will probably not work out.

Of course, I get an email 3 days after placing my order stating that I need to call them to verify my order. I've dealt with this before, basically, they want to up-sell me in order to make up for the huge discount. It's typically add on accessories, and other junk like a mini dv head cleaner, (this camera does not take tapes). This is how my first of 3 calls went:

"Would you like a battery for this camera?"

"No, just ship me the item I paid for."

"Well, do you want the lens for this camera?"

"The lens is not detachable. It's all in one. What do you mean?"

"Well you obviously don't know anything about this camera or what it costs, do you want the lens or not!?"

"If you're telling me, that you took the camera apart with a screw driver, and are only selling me 1/3 of the camera in pieces, then I'm telling you to take that screw driver, and shove it up your $#*!. Cancel my order."

"$#*! you, I'm charging you anyway."

Of course, I canceled my card, as planned, and Mr. Jonathan Weston, proprietor of More4LessDigital.com did not get a cent of my money. I believe this operation is out of FL or NY.

If anyone has any other public information about this company and it's owners/operators, please post in this forum so that other more unlucky people can seek professional justice.
