If you have a left leg you will not be able to use this machine (the left arm had the roller welded on upside down, no fixing that). How did Woot! Reply to my email requesting they replace the item? " Sorry that your item is not working properly "... they then suggested I contact the company and see if it is covered under warranty. Be sure you read their return policy. It is the worst ever. Basically you buy whatever they plan to stick in the box. Are you a company with alot of crap to unload? Give Woot! A call!
