I understand things get lost, I never received my order and after 28 days was told to please be patient for 3 further weeks as there had been a delay for some unknown reason so I contact the online help who made me wait an hour to be told that I need to check with the post office, I will never ever use bang good ever again, and would advise you don't waste your time unless your willing to take the risk of your goods not turning up to get the saving,
I have never felt the need to leave a poor review ever until now! Feeling extremely anoyed
Also if you look further into them they clearly leave positive reviews for themselves, and appear to offer solutions that really are not worth the effort required for there idea of a resolve like a refund so that you are back at square one, and there generic response soon to be posted below appologising for my bad experience is not to help but an attempt to look like they are doing all they can, but they are just making us do the work until we just give up.
