This company only wants to sell -not service. One of the three wigs I ordered was damaged out-of-the-box. I never even tried it on. All I wanted was to exchange for a non-damaged replacement. After three calls that were never answered and three email messages that were never returned, I have to cut my losses. I had another 7 wigs (sister/mom) is my basket, but knowing that I will have no recourse if one of them is damaged, I decided to shop elsewhere. Yes, the prices are good, but if you have to throw away money on damaged merchandise, the price shoots up. It's not worth the risk.
