After reading the poor reviews Im not surprised about this company. I wouldnt spend a dollar on a business who doesnt care about their website appearance. I sign up, confirm but not a single location to find listings for any products? Plus half of the site is cut off on my phone. So I cant even read it. Bad coding. Just a waste of time. Not worth the risk of spending money on. The reviews speak for itself.
Customer service is terrible. Only read from a scripted sheet... You can bid and even win or maybe drive down to the facility to only hear that you actually didnt win and they canceled the auction at the last second. Typical scamming business. Ive been doin this for too long and the online game is a SCAM. Whats worse is the platform ST allows this... WHAT A WASTE OF TIME. Oh and they will charge your card eventually refunding you.
Website was poor for a new user. Spent over an hour looking for the "create a gig option" obviously I started by clicking on the start selling option but was only directed to "how to sell" page with a YouTube video of how their users are happy with the services. Not one option from that page to begin selling just a search bar to buy from their marketplace. Rough.

I do want to make it clear that auctions are cancelled by the storage facility. No matter if the auctions are held Online (our platform or otherwise) or Live, auctions will get canceled. We understand the frustration that his brings but unfortunately, it is out of our control. The most we can do is provide you with the knowledge, from our experience are the typical reasons why it is canceled. If these cancellations were to happen after you were charged, we make sure that the bidders are refunded for the fees that were collected from Storage Treasures.
