I ordered a dress from Rotita and it has not shipped. I was given a delivery date that has come and went. Now they are telling me that I will have to wait until 12/22/18, and then I will get a refund. I don't want to wait almost two months for a dress I paid for and via tracking show it hasn't left China! They, Rotita, that these negative reviews are fake! Well this 68 year old woman is not fake by any means! P---ed off yes! DO NOT, I REPEAT, DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS SO CALLED COMPANY!
Ordered a bluetooth. Received a tracking number it has sat in Flushing NY since the 25th of this month. No response from the company. I've filed a complaint with USPS. Hopefully they can help!
