If you like horrible customer service, misdirected calls, low internet speeds even though you pay for the highest, incompetent associates, rudeness, higher bills than expected, channels not available way to often, being hung up on after long waits, techs that dont show up at all and when they do it's not the day they set up, then this company is for you! They will rape you of your time and money and self respect. As for their cellular services, they work in the same manner. Although coverage is good, you will pay dearly for it. We had them for years and years and years, all the while paying their overly high high bills. It was a business account with five lines. My husband was the primary on the account with his set up password and was the only one authorized to do anything with the account. My husband and his business partner split over some bad terms. The partner was angered, entered a verizon wireless store, talked to someone and convinced that associate to change the password on the account and disconnect all the cell phones. My children had cell phones thru this account. They were left without a phone and they were not home, I could not get a hold of them. Well my husband tries to find out whats going on and he was told he did not have access to the account because he did not have the password. They would not reactivate any of the phones. However, they feel it necessary still to this day to hold him accountable for all the disconnection fee's of all the phones and any other fee's they feel that they are entitled to. This is almost 1,000.00. They refuse to accept any wrong doing on their part. Even after we reopened another account with several phone lines. Still they want to charge us for their mistake. Well we continued business out of the need to have service immediately due to work relates calls that had to be made. Needless to say we stayed with them for a couple more years then went to Sprint. The fee's are still high but not as high and I have yet for them to allow a stranger to change my password and deactivate my numbers and make me pay for the fee's. They disgust me as much as the individual that did this to my children and me. Low life scum of a company!

I like my Ipsy bags. Ten dollars is nothing to get almost three full size items and two deluxe size samples along with a cut little cosmetic bag. Its a nice surprise. Also, I like the fact that I have the opportunity to purchase high end products at a fraction of the price and several times a week. They also offer discounts through name brand sites via a promo code. My problem occurred when I was looking around the site and found that I can accumulate points to receive deluxe products for said points. You get points by doing reviews, ratings and comments and posting them to your facebook or other social media. So basically giving them a plug for points. Well I did them, I had quit a few to do because I had never done them within the almost two years of getting Ipsy. I did so many the one night and received all my points. The next morning I set out to do more. I had my eye on a colorpop eye pallet for 1500 points. That morning I made 30 posts, all very accurate and time consuming. I checked my points afterwards to see where I was at and it did not give me the correct amount for the posts that I had made. So I contacted them via email. They responded with there was something wrong with their system and they were working on correcting it. Well the system is back up. Now Im fighting to get my points. They have had several different associates contact me, each of which fail to read past emails and have to be informed once again about the problem and each not understanding it either because they keep mentioning things that dont pertain to the problem. The last girl that contacted me asked me twice to do thirty screen shots of my facebook to prove that i did the posts so that i could receive the points I had done the work for. I told her to eff off in not so many words. Im pissed and this is how Im going to retaliate. Im also never writing another review about them unless its negative. B holes. Decent item, bad customer service skills!

According to the fine print, I was able to sell x amount of collectables for free. I posted items and did not use any of their services that indicated payment. I sold nothing. I removed all posts. Then they billed me 24.00 for the month, and then the next and the next and the next. I have not used or logged onto this site since trying to sell that one month. You cant respond to emails. There is no number that I can find for contact. I cant even find cancel service anywhere on their site. Stay away from them. Sneaky backsterds. And from what I've read, the seller has no protection against fraud. Seller be ware!

To those of you that seem to believe or that have been manipulated into believing that Fabletics is oh so awesome, YOU HAVE BEEN BRAINWASHED! Why should you have to tell anyone to not charge your credit card for nothing received? Why should you have to spend your money on their $#*!ty clothes if you did forget to opt out or skip a month? Why are people being charged even though they skipped a month? Why cant you get that credit back if you return an item, why are you stuck with something you are not happy with? Why do they not cancel you the first time you say it, or the second, or third, or forth, or fifth, or sixth or even after they say they will but then they dont? Why are they rude when you want to cancel? Why are sooooooooooooooooooo many people having soooooooooooooooo many problems with them? Why do they not make things more clear on their site when you know for a fact you were told a 25.00 outfit is what you'll get because they know you'll love their clothing so much that you will want more? I could go on and on and on but all I would do would be reiterating what over 85% of the people have written on this site. So the reason you have not had problems is because you have given them no problems. You blindly allow them to conduct their business in this deceitful manner. Because of you naive financial dumb dumb drones, they will continue to get away with this horrible business practice. This is NOT ok for them to do. It is NOT the way legit business works. By you saying its easy, read the fine print, let them take your money and tell you how you'll spend it, by you saying its all ok to do this, you are enabling companies to take advantage of you and others. STOP IT! And BTW, pain in the $#*! to cancel in not in the fine print. Nor is having to be put through $#*!ty customer service. And about customer service, I understand that jobs are hard to come by and that these people working customer service pretty much probably dont have a choice because they have a family to feed, but they are being subjected to being yelled at by upset customers because of the unethical way the company does business. Because of them they most likely hate their jobs and feel poorly about themselves for having to follow a script when they know and understood the person the first time when they said they wanted to cancel. They'd probably lose their job if they dont rebuttal twenty times before they fake cancel you. If you did manage to have a satisfactory customer service experience, guarantee that individual does not work their anymore because they did what you asked. They dont get paid to do that silly, they get paid to take your money like they told you they would. So all I have left to say is why the hell cant they just do business like every other reputable company out there? Because they wouldnt be steeling your money if they did.And you are allowing it and applauding them for doing so. You guys are the only dumb ones here. The rest are at least fighting to not allow them to do this to them. You're just lying back and taking it, in your pocket book. Bha ha ha ha ha! Simpletons that have to let them handle your spending habits. Seriously!
