Ordered quite a few items, but after reading sitejabber, I decided to refund. I'm happy to say I filed the refund while still processing and actually received it in full. Used Paypal, so I was basically "insured" through the disputed center.
What I disliked about the service was their untimely responses and action. I only received the refund after 10 days and three requests. Also, the US phone lines were constantly busy and I couldn't get in contact directly with the seller. Although they're polite, their service leaves customers wanting.
