I purchased the Skeleton Lamp, on November 27,2022, which I received December 19,2022. When it was assembled, I realized that it was not the same lamp that was advertised on the Bestgiftshoppers.com, website. It was a cheap knock-off, that had a bent lamp post and would not even light up. It was packed in an old dirty box stuffed with dried out, rotten styrofoam. I notified Bestgiftshoppers.com., that the lamp, I received, was not the same lamp that was advertised and that it was bent and broken, with picture evidence, on January 17,2023. I was advised that my request was denied because the 30 day warranty had expired. However, I had 2 days remaining on the 30 day warranty. Their position is that the warranty starts at the date of purchase. Which would have only allowed me 8 days left on a 30 day warranty, due to shipping time. Buyers beware……

On-Line Consumer BEWARE! This scam operation poses as an actual hotel reservation desk; which youll find out later when RESERVATIONS.COM., charges your credt card. I had contacted the actual hotel to cancel my room reservations, which were accepted and cancelled. Four days later, RESERVATIONS.COM., charged, and are currently holding, the $377.96, hotel reservation fee; in addition to a RESERVATIONS.COM., Service Charge, of $12.99. For 17 days straight I have been calling the RESERVATION.COM. S Customer Support, which is located in ASIA, requesting that the erroneous charges be removed from my credit card. RESERVATIONS.COM., Headquarters is located in Orlando, Florida, and their Florida operation does NOT have public telephone access. So, contact is absolutely limited to the RESERVATIONS.COM., ASIAN Call Center, and the ASIAN Call Center individuals are only permitted to listen to my request/complaint and to then forward it by email to the RESERVATIONS.COM Headquarters, in Orlando. I have however; received a random email from a Karen and/or Camille; advising that I have WAIT while they RESEARCH the charge(s). Since the hotel has never received payment from RESERVATIONS.COM., for the room reservations, they cannot help with the refund; and, because they actually have no relationship with RESERVATIONS.COM., they cannot provide any assistance. I believe that my last, and only other recourse, is to dispute the charges that were erroneously placed on my charge card by RESERVATIONS.COM., with my credit card company, and to then file a FRAUD Report against RESERVATIONS.COM., with the Orlando Police Department.

Ok, I knew it was "cheap." However, the product you see in the website does not even REMOTELY look like the awful, thread bare polyester, buttons hanging by a single thread, object that you receive. Honestly, no one would wear the item I received, not even to work in a garden, because it has no button holes...? Are you kidding? So, now... I could send it back to a return address in the Netherlands (I'm in the U.S.) and spend a fortune, and MOST LIKELY, not receive a refund, or I suppose I could dispute it on my credit card; but, for the $13.00; however, do I really want to involved my credit card company? I suppose this is how RoseWholesale thrives. They survive and operate by receiving millions of small dollar amounts from unsuspecting people like me. Like I said, I knew it was "cheap." But, it doesn't feel any better to know that there are businesses like this thriving on people like me. And, the worst part is that they won't respond to my email and have now stopped me from writing anymore because my order number is now suspiciously "incorrect?" I've attached photographs of what I ordered, and what I received... really?

Tip for consumers:
You'll see beautiful items with very inexpensive price tags... don't be fooled like me. Don't spend your hard earned money.

Update: Thanks to this Sitejabber RoseWholesale refunded my $13.66.
