I ordered a bridesmaid dress from here. What showed up was a poor imitation of the picture of the dress I ordered. When I contacted customer service they refused to take the dress back instead giving me other options, none of which addressed the main issue which was that the dress was hideous and cheap looking. I finally had to contact paypal to get my money refunded. They were not easy to deal with and the dress that I got looked nothing like the pictures. I was so disappointed and dealing with them has been a nightmare. Would not recommend.
"**edit** they have made it right and let me return the dress. After many poor solutions. But to their credit they were very quick to respond once my review went up. I'm having a hard time editing this review to make it better. It was only after I posted a review that they were willing to listen to my complaints when I contacted their customer service they kept brushing off my concerns. I am happy that they have made it right. But I feel like they need to be more upfront about the quality of merchandise as well as their return policies. Their return policies made it sound like satisfaction was important but when I wasn't satisfied they were not interested In Offering me viable solutions. Namely, taking the dress back.
