I stopped receiving the monthly emails to pick my items, but they were sure to continue charging me. Of course, once I realized what was going on and called them they didn't want to refund anything. Very inconsistent sizing, ordered over and over trying to find the right size only to realize that they are all sized slightly differently. I have a collection of things that don't fit and finally got some of the money back. Not a good program at all!
