YOU CAN FOOL PEOPLE SOMETIMES, BUT YOU CAN'T FOOL PEOPLE ALL THE TIMES. They raised their rates above what other shipping companies charge for even their dimensional weight and labeled it TRUEPRICE. In reality, you ended up paying more for Myus TRUPRICE than other shipping companies that use the standard dimensional weight calculation.
Good prices, but eventhough they have stores in other countries, they refuse to ship outside the US. Hence the 4 stars :(
I've been trying to get a refund for this service ever since I found out that it's only for US customers. The support team was hard to reach and hard to understand on the phone.

You receive a price based on the weight of the item and not it's dimensional or volumetric size as long as the length, width and height of your shipment do not exceed 108 inches. Previously, we charged shipping costs based on dimensional weight and you would not know your final shipping costs until after your shipment was already sent out. We developed the MyUS TruePrice™ program to be more transparent with you regarding the shipping cost you will pay.
