I ordered a watch in Sept. I finally got it in Nov. - BROKEN. When I contacted them about it, they asked if it was broken when I got it (or, in other words, did *I* break it!). Then they needed "proof" that it was broken. Have you ever tried taking a photo of the broken crystal on a cheap watch? I was finally able to get a clear enough picture. In Jan. They offered me 500 'points' with the condition that they could only be used on an item worth $10 or more. Very, very unprofessional.
