I ordered a white blouse from them and they took my funds from my card on 8/12/2015. I never received my shirt, i even clicked on the link that they emailed me to track my shirt, when you click on the link it just brings up their web page again so that you can shop. I have emailed then several times with no reply and the customer service page says i will get a reply in 2 days but i still have not heard from them, I have also called *******337 that thy provided as a contact number, and i have left several messages but still no luck. I did call back today and was hung up on. So i notified my bank to get my card cancelled and also sent my bank the email that i got reference my order, i was told by my back that they show this business address they gave me of 616 West Jefferson Blvd Dallas, Texas, ******* as a computer software repair business. What a rip off

I will never even go on their site again, no customer service ever available, the live chat is never on, i never got my item, i ended up ordering the same item from ebay, it only took a week, i have an email where these people finally emailed me and said they only had one of what i needed but would not sent it until they could get another one. But didnt know when that would be. So of course when i asked for a refund i have had no more replys. I just dont know what to do!
