Our family loves Popeye's Chicken however, no one will volunteer to pick it up because of how long it takes. There can be one person in line before you and it still takes 30 minutes. Very slow and no one is in a hurry. For family during Thanksgiving week, I ordered online using Grubhub in the hopes it would be ready on time. My order was confirmed to be picked up between 5:55 and 6:05. My husband arrived at 6pm and they had not even started the order. It took 30 minutes to prepare. Very poor follow up!

I placed my order 4-11-19 at 4:30pm and approved the design to be delivered to me on 5-1-19. I received an email from my committee I ordered these for, that I needed to cancel the order. I called Customlanyard.net customer service at 8:20AM on 4-12-19 and asked to cancel my order, not even 16 hours later.( Almost three weeks before they are to be sent to me.) I was told that they are "In production". All the customer service person could do was cancel my order and charge me 1/2 price ($64) So I canceled and am charged half price for NOTHING. I feel this is unfair. I can understand a small fee but half! This does not seem reasonable to be charged $64 for nothing. I would understand if I really believed that product was being lost on their end however I don't believe that because these items are not being shipped to me until 5-1-19. I am very disappointment. BEWARE of Customlanyard.net.

Very upset with The Grommet and will never order from again. Wanted this item and it went to the wrong address. Tried to resolve but Customer Service was poor. I did dispute it with my credit card but what I really wanted was the Arm Spinner.

Very poor customer Service, Poor response. I used a Groupon and the website did not give an option for the amount the Groupon was for. I order 70 instead of 75 cards. The website started out charging. 49 a card but when I put my Groupon in, the cards went up to $1.70. The Groupon was to cover the whole cost including shipping however, I ended up paying $34 extra. I needed to place my order because these were Christmas cards and I figured they would fix the problem. It took three days for them to get back to me and when they did, they said they could not refund the money because I put in the wrong amount. They offered a new code but did not give me a code. When the cards arrived, they were wrong. If you use this company, good luck to you.
