Ordered in plenty of time for Christmas delivery... it's now January 6th and still no present for my niece. I've asked for a refund. Got told no, just refuse the delivery. How can I refuse somethign that's not coming? Originally was told it shipped December 10th and allow 6-8 business days for delivery. Guess that meant weeks? This company is a scam.
