I'd give it negative 5 stars if I could. I ordered a sofa and the projected delivery was to be in 3 weeks. Seemed reasonable. 3 weeks came and went and no sign of my sofa as well as NO update from customer service about a new delivery date. This was the beginning of a 2 month ordeal of me calling customer service everyday to try and track it down. No follow up or updates except when I would call them. One customer service rep gave me her direct line after I relayed the lack of communication. Long story short, the freight company lost it. THEY LOST A COUCH. No one bothered or took any initiative to make this right or to compensate for the ridiculous hassle. I only got a discount for my trouble because I asked for it twice. They never found the couch and by the time it was deemed a lost cause, it was out of stock making a re-order out of the question. Meanwhile I've been sitting on the floor for 2 months. I'll never use Joss & Main again and I'd never recommend them to anyone either. Not worth the stress and wasted time! Do yourself a favor and shop elsewhere
