A CON. Signed up for what I thought was apparently a 7 day trial, but must have clicked a box agreeing to whatever terms they were asking. Canceled 2 days after signing up, but was charged $29.95, the explanation when I contested this was that I had checked the box for checking people's records or something to that effect. All I wanted to do was look up phone #'s for an upcoming reunion and almost all the phone #'s were disconnected... so not only did I get screwed out of $29.95, but there information was not the least bit accurate... I also check my information while I was at it and it was incorrect as well. MY ADVICE... DON'T USE THIS WEBSITE!

If this is the correct account, you signed up for a trial to run unlimited contact info searches with one full $29.95 background report. This is why you were billed the $29.95.
