I ordered my merchandise on 8/12/11. They charged my credit card on 8/18/11 and as of 9/26/11 I have never received the merchandise even though they sent me a shipping confirmation.

I have called and sent them many email messages and never heard back from them.

We need to make sure NOONE else gets ripped off by them.

I filed a complaint against them with the Better Business Bureau. I also contacted Yahoo since they are a Yahoo store. I was given this website to file a complaint from yahoo. It is http://www.pricegrabber.com/help_submit.php/cat_id=3/type=help/.

BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY!

I placed my order on August 12,2011and of today's date Sept. 21,2011 have yet to receive.

I have called several times and left messages asking them to PLEASE let me know when I should receive my order that I have paid for. Never a response from them.

I have sent several emails as well with NO RESPONSE.

I did receive a email stating that my order has been shipped on Sept 5,2011 but when I check their website it says "will ship in 24 hours".

I reported them to the Better Business Bureau and they had 66 complaints in September 2011 alone.

I am wondering if they just took my money and ran.
