NEVER ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. I ordered 2 items, one in November and one early in December. I told them on numerous occasions that I wanted th items for Christmas but they still haven't arrived. I complained numerous times but get no proper reply just to say that they have been dispatched. I have now asked for a full refund but they are ignoring these emails too. Customer service woeful and still dont know why I haven't got my things. Rosewholsale if you read this. Give me my full refund now!

But we have to tell you that as the package has been shipped out, so we can not cancel the package now.If you don't want the package, you can refuse to receive the package when it arrives.And then we will apply the refunding for you after we receive the returning information for the package.
