Zillow is completely off the mark. It also seems to cater to the banks, brokers and the builders. I think the public should lodge a complaint with their state's attorneys since it is erroneously misrepresenting their properties with an algorithm or more accurately, a robot. A class action action suit is necessary for them to stop ruining possible real estate transactions and embellishing others. How legitimate can they be when they do not even answer phone calls or emails?
Tip for consumers:
Don't expect any callbacks from Zillow, or if you do get one in a rare instance, you will get a very disinterested low informed clerk from Zillow citing their algorithm/robot. I wonder if the callback is not the robot that is misrepresenting the true values of our homes.
