“Returns awful!”

I've returned items in several different shipments and they almost always miss something. They didn't credit the last item (nearly $50). Won't be using them again.

Update: After posting this review, they did credit my item. However, I did have to continue asking. I haven't changed my overall rating because I have had to contact them for most returns because they missed something, and it is always a several weeks-long hassle.
