Voice of the customer!
Ok, add my name to the list of people being taken. I ordered over $200 of gifts for my wife and still waiting well past the delivery date. I'll keep trying to contact them, but they do make it difficult to contact "customer service" that doesn't seem to exist.
I have done as Jerry Y., another unhappy customer suggested, and contacted my credit card's fraud department and filed a complaint. And YES! Within 15 minutes they got all the info from me and said they would handle it from there. My account will be credited in three days!

Your bank account is low and No or Switched inferior product! Sounds like a scam, all the makings of a scam and it Looks like a scam. This statics chart should show some mild (MID) satisfactions. But not this business, ALL Bad or ALL Good. This is NOT a normal distribution of customers complaints because it is a SCAM! Next Sucker post your complaint!
