It seems that more than 100,000 customers rated Wells Fargo online 1.3 stars and Wells Fargo Got an (F) at Better business Bureau by more Than 7000 customers in the last 3 years.
Why that many customers are complaining about Wells Fargo in the last 3 years?
It is because Wells Fargo had a new CEO 3 years ago and Wells Fargo contracted the customer service to a company called ENTERPRISE COMPLAINTS MANAGEMENT (ECMO) who are providing poor customer service. If Wells Fargo had a NORMAL customer service as use to be until 3 years ago then we would not see all the customers complaining on website reviews online. The current Wells Fargo management don't seem to care anymore about Wells Fargo going down specially after Wells Fargo has been ordered by The U.S. Consumer Financial Protection Bureau to pay $3.7 Billion in penalties for alleged illegal practices.But Wells Fargo did not seem to learn their lesson yet. And still doing business as usual and even worse than usual. And most Wells Fargo customers are labeling Wells Fargo as liars after dealing with the customer service ECMO.
Here is my complaint about the so called ECMO
I would like to give you my opinion about the so called ECMO after 2+ years of experience in contacting with Wells Fargo Customer service about the same issue that never been resolved yet. This complaint is about THE WELLS FARGO CUSTOMER SERVICE. I was told in writing buy Wells Fargo So called ECMO (EXECUTIVE COMPLAINT MANAGEMENT OFFICE) that Wells Fargo has no email or website for online complaints and has no managers or supervisors. Customers like me find no REAL Wells Fargo site to complain but here. So here we are. Wells Fargo has no real customer service like before anymore, Wells Fargo seems to have a contract with a company called ECMO. (EXECUTIVE COMPLAINT MANAGEMENT OFFICE) which IS NOT Wells Fargo Bank, to answer the complaints of the customers. The employees of this company ENTERPRISE COMPLAINTS MANAGEMENT OFFICE are called ECMOs. They are working from the comfort of their homes without any supervision or management of Wells Fargo and their computers are unsecured by Wells Fargo which make it UNSAFE for the customer's information, anyone who has access to their homes will have access to their computers and then will have access to the customers accounts. Those ECMOs do not seems to be able to investigate the complaints and not able to provide resolutions, all they can do is to copy and paste standard answers and deliver it to the customers with an apology that is not worse the paper that they print on it. Those ECMOs makes it more interesting when they send you an answer for someone else's complaint or when they sound drunk or sleepy in their answers. And I do not think a professional people are answering the complaints, The responses to the complaints seem to have been answered by their family or friends or anyone else but not by professional bankers. DOES ANY ONE TRUST THAT HIS BANK ACCOUNTS TO BE SCATTERED IN THE EMPLOYEE'S RESIDENTS ALL OVER THE WORLD? What do you expect from this bank who does not even have an email address for their customer service in this 21st Century! Bottom line, It seems that Wells Fargo DOES NOT have customer service department, they have a sub-contractor, it seems Wells Fargo is going down soon, and the Wells Fargo management knows it, this is why they are not putting any effort in managing Wells Fargo, they are letting it go bankrupt.

I recommend everyone to Post their complaints here and everywhere until a Real Wells Fargo manager reads it and it is important that you file your complaints at HelpWithMyBank.gov, Office Of The Comptroller Of Currency and at the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau.

I believe: this company is a nest of scammers preying on elderly for a rip off. Using word Doctor made people believe they are Medicals when they are pure scammer, crooks and fraud.
This business is in CHINA all items are from China. The USA has nothing to do with this company other then an address they use in NJ and phone *******900 with bunch of scammers.
On Feb, 2021, I placed an order for 3 items and paid expedite shipping. To find out today after 11 days that they do not carry 2 of the items and they are shipping one item only and my shipping cost is the same what I paid 3 items and they charged it to my credit card before they actually ship it. The tracking for my item on Their website and on Fedex. Showing only a tracking number was produced on Feb. 5 but they have not yet given the package to Fedex and there is no estimated delivery date. So I requested to cancel all the orders they refused. They told me return your item when you receive it and we will credit you MINUS SHIPPING and you MUST PAY FOR RETURN SHIPPING. They insisted that the item was shipped out Feb 5 So i asked for a proof which they do not have. But thanks to CREDIT CARDS, I contacted my credit card. My credit card will refund my money, and I REQUESTED MY CREDIT CARD TO BLOCK THIS COMPANY FROM CHARGING ME AGAIN ANY TIME IN THE FUTURE. (Do not forget to ask your credit card to block those scammers).
The delay in shipping is because they wait to receive the items from China before it is redirected to you. Dr. Leonards CO. Is another form of TMART company with a more appealing name to lure you to believe they are legend then rip you off. This company is doing business under 16 more different names. In 2020 the revenue of this company was about $72 million from you guys

They are bunch of ignorant.
They kept sending me a bill for $525.00 Even though I have Insurance that covers 100%. I called them more then 10 times in 4 months explaining to them that my insurance said they paid this bill. But those no brainers refused to call my insurance to clear this issue, they say we are a Call center we don't make out calls.At the end I put so called Labcorp patient support or better called LABCORP PATIENT HEADACHE in 3 ways call with my insurance, to learn that this bill was reduced to $63 and been paid by my insurance but those morons Labcorp patient headache are trying to rip me off for more money then what the insurance allowed, GO to HELL, you wasted more then 12 hours of my time for your stupidity and ignorance, SHAME ON YOU.

THIS IS A WARNING TO EVERYONE OUT THERE, STAY AWAY FROM TMART.COM IT IS A BAD COMPANY.
THEY CHANGE YOUR SHIPPING ADDRESS WITHOUT YOUR CONSENT AND THEY WILL NOT GIVE YOU A REFUND.
I ORDERED AN ITEM FROM TMART.COM. AND I WAS SPECIFIC WHEN I PLACED MY ORDER FOR MY SHIPPING ADDRESS TO BE MY HOME ADDRESS NOT MY BILLING ADDRESS BUT AFTER I PLACED MY ORDER, I RECEIVED AN EMAIL FROM TMART TELLING ME THAT THEY CHANGED MY SHIPPING ADDRESS TO MY BILLING ADDRESS WHICH IS A B. O. BOX WHITHOUT CHECKING WITH ME. ( THEY CHANGED MY SHIPPING ADDRESS WITHOUT MY CONSENT!).
THEN I EMAILED THEM 3 TIMES WITHIN 5 MINUTES OF PLACING MY ORDER, I REQUESTED THEM TO CANCEL MY ORDER IF THEY CANNOT DELIVER TO MY HOME ADDRESS AS I PLACED MY ORDER ORIGINALLY.
BUT THEY IGNORED MY EMAILS THEN THEY RESPOND THE NEXT DAY THAT THEY WILL NOT DELIVER TO MY HOME ADDRESS AND THEY WILL NOT CANCEL MY ORDER, ( THIS GUY IS A DICTATOR!).

THEN I PLACED A DISPUTE WITH PAYPAL, AS FROM THE BEGINING I HAD A BAD FEELING ABOUT THIS COMPANY, I CANNOT TRUST IT TO GIVE MY CREDIT CARD INFORMATIONS, SO I PAID WITH PAYPAL ACCOUNT.
THEN FROM THAT DAY I KEPT RECEIVING EMAILS FROM TMART CUSTOMER SERVICE ASKING ME TO CANCEL MY CLAIM WITH PAYPAL FIRST IF I WANT A REFUND. THEY TRIED MANY TRICKS ON ME, EVEN IN ONE EMAIL THEY SAID THEY WILL MAIL MY ITEM TO MY HOME ADDRESS IN 2 DAYS AFTER I CLOSE MY CLAIM WITH PAYPAL, (WHAT AN IDIOT!)
I HAVE TRIED TO PLACE A NEGATIVE REVIEW ON TMART.COM WEBSITE, BUT THEY DID NOT POST IT BECAUSE THEY POST ONLY THE POSITIVE REVIEWS AND PROBABLY MOST OF THEM IF NOT ALL ARE WRITTEN BY THEM AND THEIR EMPLOYEES COLLEAGUES.

PAYPAL ADVISED ME NOT TO CANCEL MY CLAIM BEFORE I RECEIVE THE REFUND AND THEY TOLD ME THAT THEY ARE SHOKED HOW THIS GUY EMAILD ME 20 EMAILS AND HE DIDNT RESPOND TO PAYPAL BY NOT EVEN ONE EMAIL TILL NOW.
I SAVED ALL THEIR EMAILS ( 20 EMAILS IN 5 DAYS)AS PROOF. I ASKED TMART CUSTOMER SERVICE ONLINE CHAT FOR THEIR ADDRESS, BUT TMART CUSTOMER SERVICE REFUSED TO GIVE OUT THEIR ADDRESS. ( WEIRD). I WISH I READ SOME OF THE REVIEWS BEFORE I USE TMART.
