Well first off I never received a tracking number (in order to check status of shipment) after process of payment. Second I have been very unsuccessful at reaching anyone with the customer service number provided nor any response to emails and third the recent bad reviews this company has received. So my question is to anyone reading, do they have an accurate telephone or email available for this company. It would be greatly appreciated. It's been 5 days or so since ordered but paid for expedited shipping. If no product what is the best way to retrieve monies back.
