They recycled a pair of jeans that I had bought from the site only months before and never worn. They recycled hundreds of dollars in clothing (pay for the return in advance if you can) and they misvalued a designer handbag by hundreds of dollars. Try and sell individually on eBay instead if you love your pieces. I'm sure there is a thred up intern walking around with my "marked/unclean" Marc Jacobs blouses right now.
