Update: Okay, I contacted again LAZADA as regards my parcel and thankfully the last rep I called was smart enough to clarify things to me. I found out that the guard on duty was the one received my package that day but they never notified me of my delivery and it got hold up there for roughly 2 weeks now. My issue now was that LAZADA could have noted LBC to contact me first so that I could receive my parcel personally. But what's done is done and well, I got my package now and it was a quick delivery too so... I guess I could recommend them to my buddies now. Lol

It's just my first order placement at Lazada ph and it's already this bad. I ordered a pair of replacement earpads (order #*******) last Nov. 4. Everything was going smoothly at first I made my payment via hellopay (it was an overseas order so I only had this option), they verified my order, and the item was shipped on Nov 10 via their logistic partner (which they didn't even mentioned on my order tracking). To my surprise, they even texted me last Nov. 26 that my package will be delivered within the next 48 hours, roughly 2 weeks ahead of the supposed delivery head time of Dec. 6-7 where my package was originally slated. But 48 hours passed and not a single delivery representative came to our office on those days. I even asked the guards if they somehow overlooked a delivery van from LAZADA but they confirmed to me that no one really came nor contacted me to receive my package. I checked my email and it said that my package was already been delivered the following day! (Friday, Nov. 27@ 5:00:06 pm according to my order tracking) That makes no sense since I never met any LAZADA representative that day! I never receive any word from them and I was at the office until 6 pm! I email-ed them to let them know about my situation and they responded and told me that it was already delivered by their representative named ZONIO, but truly, I never met this ZONIO nor he ever contacted me for my delivery (unless he gave my package to someone else out of laziness since it was a long weekend the following day). I followed up with a couple of return emails and phone calls, the last representative named Rhea email-ed me back last Wednesday that they will keep our email returns on their records for future references and now I'm waiting blindly for my package or will it ever even reach our office. I don't even know if my package managed to cross shores because supposedly, my item will arrive on Monday, as stated in the delivery head time, and then LAZADA made it confusing that the item was already here and has already been delivered which is not the case! I was about to follow up my order with a sennheiser HD650 when it arrives but no, I won't do that! I'm not an idiot to risk it the second time. Not that even my first small order was already compromised by your poor delivery and customer care service. It was my biggest mistake to even place an order on your online market store when everything was all screwed up. I guess the 600+ php I wasted on this blunder was nothing to you that you didn't took it seriously.

Tip for consumers:
Unless your payment option is COD, don't even think about it and stay away from LAZADA at all cost!
