I can't figure out this site's problem, they just barred me from joining new groups and writing new posts, all of sudden, and without just cause, without direct explanation. Only a generalized missive about a rule about making unwanted conversation, which, none of the people I posted to, or sent a direct message to, complained to me that they did'nt want to communicate with me, had they done so, I would have stopped all communication with them ANYWAY! And they don't have a Customer Service Hotline to explain anything to you! If I said anything they found offensive enough to ban me if must have been political, because people talk in profanities all over that website, freely. I know I made Anti-Socalist rant, and as soon as I did, I was barred from chatting on posts, and joining new groups.So is my political convictions being censored by a Politically Correct and Liberal Social Media, that champions Free Speech?

Amazon.com Customer Service is one of the best at satisfying the customer.If it' a third party seller or if they submit for sale, they provide you with an A-Z guaranteed protection plan, and their Customer service agents are very concerned with your satisfaction, and are courteous in trying to provide the best they possibly can and work to resolve issues to the best resolution possible, if something's wrong, you can always count on Customer Service to keep you covered, your money's always protected.

The most lousy customer care and support I've experienced from an online store.Th owners are a little on the rude side, and acted like I was bothering them when I sent e-mails to make sure they recieved payment, as well as the status of my order, they said I was sending to many e-mails wasting their time to the point I was costing them more money than they where bring in. Well, if trying to find out if the money got to them and when I could expect my merchandise is a problem maybe they don't need customers.If you value customer service steer clear of this site

We are a mom and pop business which custom handcrafts all our merchandise to order. We are under no obligation to accept orders from, or craft items for, anyone who harasses us and waking us with the 1AM robotic call issued by this person in addition to his frequent other attempts definitely counts as harassing! This person was not a customer as no payment was ever accepted.
