I was unbelievably unhappy with my last SpaBoutique.ca experience. They charge your credit card immediately, and don't bother sending you your products. I placed an order on June 29th that I'm still waiting for, and it's July 30th. They say on the website that you can expect in 6-12 days! I've called and e-mailed multiple times, only to find out that they are shipping me a **partial order** and refunding me the rest of my money. But the refund will take 10 days minimum. I had ordered from them around December of 2013 and the products didn't arrive quickly but at least they arrived! After this experience, NEVER AGAIN! I don't know about the other women that use this site, but I don't anticipate my body care needs a full month in advance of when I need them. So I've had to buy the products anyway before I receive the shipment I paid for over a month ago now. I'm not sure why they are providing such exceptionally poor service when they are an online business that people can run into the ground with negative reviews. Anyway, here's hoping this happens! Spaboutique.ca takes peoples' money and immediately forgets them.
