They charged me $120 that I was unaware of. They refunded me $80 "allowing me to have $40 of store credit". I had no idea that VIP charges $40 per month. Horrible customer service. I would not show from here again.

It seems there was a misunderstanding—it sounds as though you joined our flexible VIP Membership with your first order and did not shop or skip the month by the fifth.
The membership is one of two payment options (the other is Pay as You Go) you select during checkout with your first order. Members are not obligated to order each month, instead, they visit the site between the first and fifth and decide to either shop or skip that month.
If you do not take action between the first and the fifth, you’ll see a $39.95 charge on the card. This amount turns to store credit you can use at any time within 12 months!
