I've worked with a number of support team specialists at Wedding Wire over the years, when the company I work for needed assistance in helping our clients. These clients were having difficulty for one reason or another posting or editing their reviews on WW's site. Each time the WW team consistently strive to exceed my expectations, and are one of the few companies (in any industry) that consistently responds to all inquires within 24 business hours, often times with a solution already in place! Most recently, I worked with Samantha and she could not have been more helpful or pleasant, as I was dealing with a highly technical issue for a client whose review was not posting properly. Samantha was able to replicate the issue and then send it along to a special unit within the company for further testing and analysis. She kept me posted on the status, and went out of her way to make sure the issue was resolved in a timely manner.
