Purchased a dress and it was way to long and oversized, which wasn't the problem. That can happen anywhere. The problem is that when I sent it back they kept over half of the purchase price in fees and shipping. So the dress cost me $29 plus tax and shipping and I was only refunded a total of $13.34?!?!?!? That's robbery... I will never shop there again!
