I ordered a dress, did not fit although lovely fabric and returned it with their label. I reached out to Customer Service after two weeks due to no refund, then three weeks, at which time they mentioned that the same day, they processed my refund. Four weeks have passed since I shipped the item back and still no refund. Will give it another few days and then file a Better Business complaint. I do not plan to do any further business with them. It's unfortunate because their catalogs have some great products.

The first few selling experiences I had with them were great. Then the problems began. I sent in a bag without the $12.99 return assurance - 25 expensive blouses, most with tags that had never been worn. I was given $46 for 12 of them, told the others were not accepted - but saw them on the website in 2 weeks under another person's "bag". When I questioned thredup as to what had happened, they could not figure it out. Yes, all 25 of my blouses were under another person's "bag" and the "other person" was paid $108. I then followed my clothing which was sold for over $2000 total. I don't like being ripped off and I have never sent in my clothing nor bought anything from this website again.
