Ordered Camcorder on Wednesday with overnight shipping because I needed it for a shooting that Friday. Customer service told me it would be at my door by Friday. Well it's Friday and it still hasn't shipped. So now I just called and canceled my order and bought from BHPhotoVideo.com
To their credit customer service was good. Just false advertising "in stock."
