If someone gives you or your child a "VISA" card from giftcardmall.com just give it right back and ask for the money. Okay, politely. How can they in any kind of monetary conscience have cards that charge "maintenance fees" in the background while you hold onto them thinking that they are going to be useful at some later time? Read the fine print. $2 a month for a few months and the $25 card is suddenly worth $7. What a happy way to learn about finance in America.
