Have to send video... I did.
They again said send video...
The video can't prove its not charging.
Bangood keep saying same...
Now saying video not received. They get the emails and don't read them.
Want me to send another video.
They rely on wasting your time.
Look at there replies to complaints... Always the same... And do nothing to fix the problem
