THEY SHIPPED MY ORDER TO SOME ADDRESS ACCROSS THE COUNTRY TOOK MY MONEY AND KEEP TELLING ME TO TAKE IT UP WITH THE SELLER NEVRE USE THESE GUYS THEY HAVE NO CONTROL OVER YOUR ORDERS AND DO NOTHING TO HELP YOU GET ANYTHING DO. ORDER *******

We do understand how concerning this is, we will be here to help you. We checked your order here and we can see that it was already completed.

Even when the payment has been released to your seller, you still have an option to open an After Sale dispute in order to resolve the issue.

To open the dispute, you just need to do as follows:

1. Click on "My DHgate" link found on the upper right part of the homepage.

2. Click "Completed“ under the Active Orders on the left side of the page.

3. Find your order.

4. Click on "Open an After-sale Dispute" button under the "Actions" Column.

You can use the tracking information as the evidence as this is needed to build your claim on the dispute. After you open the dispute, the seller will be notified about your concern. Then can we assign a Dispute Analyst to step in and help you resolve the issue.
