This place is terrible. The item I ordered and the item they sent me are completely different, but that's just the start. I've been back and forth for almost a month now with Flora from SammyDress Customer Service, specifically asking for the address that I can return the item to. I've also submitted a photo of the item that they sent me. 5 or 6 emails later we're still at square 1, where Flora keeps asking me about the SKU #. Problem is, they know the SKU number of what I ordered and the picture of what they sent me don't match up.
This company is crap - could be worse than Comcast and/or AT&T.
