Ordered diagnostic scanners couple months ago off dhgate seller said he shipped them applied for refund after weeks waiting finaly got refund on 2nd september oedred scanners off different seller exactly same thing happened again seller said he shipped them when clearly he hadnt i am beginning to think its a bit of a scam where they are holding peoples money for weeks to gain bank interests on our money
